Charter includes:

Foreign Water Fees for US flagged vessel, if applicable.
Boat transportation and setup @ regatta location.
Captain to address any issues. Captain will perform spectator role on boat unless charter group makes arrangements with Captain to perform additional responsibilities. Captain likes to sail fast.
Captain will sleep on the boat. If desired, up to 4 crew members may sleep on the boat in two separate cabins.
Sail Damage is the responsibility of the charterer. They will be replaced or repaired at YRC's option.

Charter does not include:

Insurance:
The price of insurance is not included in the price of the charter.
Insurance rates will be based on the crews experience and resumes of the crew.
The resumes will be passed on to the insurance company and the insurance company will provide a quote.

Mooring fees:
Mooring fees during the Regatta are not included in the price of the charter.

Race Fees:
Any and all race fees must be paid by the Charter group.

Life Rafts:
Two 6 man life rafts available, and have recently been re-certified.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A $10,000 deposit will be required to charter Xcelsior. Items broken during charter will be deducted from the deposit. This is separate from the Insurance deductible.

Charter Options:

Tender Service:
Tender service that will provide support for Xcelsior including on water sail changes and food delivery. Priced according to the event and requirements.

Sponsorship Package:
Dress the IMX-45 in your Sponsor's Logos. Any package can be developed for specific needs. Boat Lettering & Main Sail Lettering $10,000 per event.

Terms:
60 days prior to the event, 50% of the charter fee is due. This fee is non-refundable.
30 days prior to the event, the remaining 50% of the charter fee is due + security deposit.
